PAYMENT PROCESS AND FEES
Waitlist Fee
Edugether will charge $150 to join our waitlist. This amount will be applied toward the Registration Fee once your child’s enrollment process begins. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.
Enrollment Fees
Edugether will charge a one-month initial non-refundable deposit (which will be applied toward your child’s final month of tuition), in addition to a one-time $300 registration fee. The previously paid $150 waitlist fee will be applied toward this registration fee.
Methods of Payment
Invoices are sent through Procare 10 days before the end of each month and must be paid no later than the 1st
of the following month. If payment is not received by the 1st, the original invoice will expire and a new invoice
will be issued with a 5% late fee added to the outstanding balance.
Tuition is charged as a flat monthly fee, regardless of the number of days in the month. If a holiday or family
vacation falls on a regularly scheduled day, the monthly tuition remains the same and is not prorated or reduced.
This policy ensures consistency and stability for both families and staff.
Withdrawal from the school
Families are required to provide the school with written notice at least one month prior to their child’s withdrawal.
This notice ensures a smooth transition for the child, their peers, and our staff. The one-month notice deposit paid
at the time of enrollment will be applied toward the child’s final month of tuition, provided that proper notice is
given. All outstanding balances must be paid in full by the child’s last official day of enrollment.
Re-enrollment
A child may be reinstated into the program as long as all required paperwork is up to date and space is available. If no
space is currently available, the child will be placed on the waitlist until an opening becomes available.
We Only Provide Full Time Child Care Service with Breakfast, Lunch and Snack included.
A 10% sibling discount is applied only to the monthly tuition and does not apply to the one-month notice
deposit. The discount applies to each additional child enrolled after the first, based on their individual tuition
rate. The first enrolled child is billed at the regular rate and the discount is calculated separately for each
subsequent sibling.
