Waitlist Fee

Edugether will charge $150 to be part of our waitlist. This charge will be applied to the Registration Fee once your child's enrollment process in our childcare begins. This Fee is non refundable.

Enrollment Fees

Edugether will charge a 1 Month Initial Non Refundable Deposit (which will be applied to the last month of your child's tuition) in addition to a one time $300 registration fee (The $150 Waitlist Fee will be applied).

Methods of Payment

Invoices are sent via Procare 10 days before the end of each month and must be paid by the 1st of the following month. If payment is not received by the 1st, the original invoice will expire, and a new invoice will be issued with a 5% late fee added to the balance due.
Tuition is charged as a flat monthly fee, regardless of the number of days in the month. If a holiday or vacation falls on a regularly scheduled day, the monthly tuition remains the same and is not prorated or reduced. This policy ensures consistency for both families and staff.

Withdrawal from the school

Families are required to notify the school in writing at least one month prior to a child’s withdrawal. This notice allows time for a smooth transition for the child, their peers and our staff. The one-month notice deposit paid at the time of enrollment will be applied toward the child’s final month of tuition, provided proper notice is given. All outstanding balances must be paid by the child’s last official day of enrollment.

Re-enrollment

A child can be reinstated to the program as long as all the paperwork is up to date and space is available, otherwise, the child will be placed on the waitlist until an open spot becomes available.

We Only Provide Full Time Child Care Service with Breakfast, Lunch and Snack included.

A 10% sibling discount is applied only to the monthly tuition and does not apply to the one-month notice deposit. The discount applies to each additional child enrolled after the first, based on their individual tuition rate. The first enrolled child is billed at the regular rate and the discount is calculated separately for each subsequent sibling.
